Our client is currently in search of a Data Analyst in the EU, based out of Berlin, to become part of a newly established team within the Marketing department, with a focus on lead generation. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics. It offers an opportunity to be a pivotal part of a swiftly growing team within a larger corporate structure, where you can significantly contribute to their ambitious growth trajectory.

As a Data Analyst, you will lay the groundwork for robust reporting in PowerBI, empowering business stakeholders to fully leverage its potential. You'll illuminate the unit's business performance, making decision-making more seamless. With a solution-driven mindset, you'll assess business requirements and extract actionable insights using data analytics tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, construct, and oversee a suite of reports used daily by stakeholders from various teams. The reporting platform will encompass standardized metrics, covering lead generation, customer engagement, product adoption, sales, and marketing performance.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend and maintain focus on their analytical requirements, including the identification of critical metrics, KPIs, and the provision of actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

- Evaluate data sources and facilitate their integration into the database.

- Set standards for data visualization and construct cutting-edge BI solutions.

- Foster collaboration among our client's group companies, emphasizing the significance of data-driven decision-making.

- Execute independent ad-hoc analyses and thorough data deep-dives to address pertinent business queries.

- (Assist in) defining relevant KPIs and tracking parameters to enhance business performance measurement.

- Clean, filter, and integrate data sets for analysis and reporting purposes.

- Assist stakeholders and provide solutions on data-related matters.

- Present your analyses to relevant audiences.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Over 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a robust grasp of SQL for query development and data modeling.

- Hands-on experience in reporting, the creation of interactive visualizations, and data analysis.

- Familiarity with one of the following data visualization tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.

- Proficiency in end-to-end data pipeline development (ETL workflows).

- Experience in marketing analytics is a bonus.

- Fluent in English.

- Experience with R or Python is considered an added advantage.
