Our client is a provider of state-of-the-art healthcare tech solutions and run core buisiness brands that engineer, fabricate and deliver life-changing products. 

At present, our client is actively seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager based in Chicago, to become a part of a newly forged team within the Marketing department, specifically dedicated to lead generation. This role, while reporting to the Regional Director, also entails collaboration with peers at their Berlin office. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the rapid growth of an entrepreneurial startup within a larger corporate framework, where your efforts can significantly impact their ambitious growth trajectory.

In the role of a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at our client's organization, your primary responsibility is to meticulously analyze website traffic and enact strategies designed to augment the conversion rate. The CRO Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify areas for enhancement and devise effective solutions to enrich the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior by employing tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Optimizely, Hotjar, and Piwik to identify areas ripe for improvement.

- Conceive and execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests that usher in fundamental performance enhancements in the lead qualification process.

- Oversee the end-to-end experimentation process, encompassing hypothesis formulation, test design, KPI selection, test execution, results measurement, and the formulation of recommendations.

- Interpret data, distill key insights, furnish recommendations, and disseminate insights grounded in testing results to positively impact the customer experience, conversion rates, future developments, and ongoing testing iterations.

- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to grasp priorities and pain points, formulate robust tests/hypotheses, compose creative web copy/value propositions, and draft low-fidelity experiment prototypes and wireframes.

- Champion user-centered design methodologies and incorporate qualitative and quantitative research findings to elevate optimization tests.

- Work closely with development teams to construct, quality-assure, launch, and monitor A/B tests, all the while ensuring that these tests remain insulated from interference with other functional tests.

Key Requirements:

- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or commensurate working experience.

- A track record of at least 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or a similar capacity.

- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills, particularly in Excel.

- Adept use of smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stages and progressively profile leads.

- Superlative communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Acute critical thinking abilities and problem-solving aptitude.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a valuable asset but not mandatory.
