What You'll Do
As an Executive in Operations, you'll be responsible for driving standard processes and sharing best practices across shifts and departments. Your role involves:
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing action plans to achieve targets.
- Documenting processes, improvement initiatives, and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborating with various company-wide groups for cross-functional projects.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Conducting thorough analyses of current operations to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
What You'll Need
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on people-centric results in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to interpret data and propose solutions.
- Technological savvy, with familiarity with Google Suite being a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
