Our client, a digital-led tech firm, is on a mission to revolutionize logistics by leveraging the power of people, data, and platforms. Through in-house, external, network, and other investment capabilities, they orchestrate and build innovative platforms tackling complex problems within logistics and adjacent sectors.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Last Mile Solutions to lead the development of consumer-centric products and drive innovation across their digital logistics ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Last Mile Solutions, aligning it with overall company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in last mile logistics.
• Translate customer needs into user-centric features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize product features and improve last mile delivery efficiency.
• Ensure quality and reliability of last mile solutions through testing strategies and collaboration with QA teams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in last mile operations.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end last mile delivery solutions in e-commerce.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in logistics, including carrier management, delivery networks, and customer experience.
• Strong technical background and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
