The key market for HMC HIVE is Europe, headquartered out of London. For the London office the company is now therefore seeking a Corporate Finance Manager who can help structure capital flows from the Indian and Private Equity partners into UK/EU investments, work on major sales and partnerships contracts (average customer has £10MM> gross revenues and spends approx. 15-20% on mobility hardware and software inside 1–to-3 year contracts) and represent the company locally at investor relations and fundraiser meetings.
Skillsets needed will include:
Financial Modelling:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights into business performance and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial models.
Fund Raise Assistance:
- Assist in the preparation of materials for fundraising activities, including pitch decks, financial projections, and investor presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential investors and funding opportunities.
- Support the negotiation process and liaise with external parties as needed.
Cash Flow Mapping and Variance Review:
- Monitor cash flow activities and prepare detailed cash flow maps to track inflows and outflows.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between projected and actual cash flows.
- Recommend strategies to optimize cash flow management and mitigate risks.
Management Information System (MIS)
- Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports specific to the Indian Business. (Budget Variance)
- Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to support decision-making by local and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bank Consolidation MIS:
- Bank Consolidation and Interest cost optimization MIS from India team.
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies and resolving issues related to bank consolidations.
Automotive Growth Strategy:
- Support the development and implementation of growth strategies for the automotive sector ($2 Bn à $10 Bn)
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling techniques, PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
