They handle delivery for various merchants, from e-commerce to food and groceries. They're a dynamic team building the next big thing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new accounts in a new city, including prospecting, pitching, and contract negotiations.
- Develop an effective sales strategy to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Meet monthly GMV targets by onboarding new merchants.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Handle commercial negotiations and coordinate with internal teams for logistics and legal matters.
Profile requirements:
- 5 years of sales/commercial management experience in food, non-food aggregation, e-commerce, or on-demand logistics.
- Proven track record of revenue generation.
- Business development mindset with attention to operational detail.
- Target-oriented and skilled problem solver.
- Excited about working in a startup environment.
