What to Expect:

- Develop a comprehensive digital application platform for their newly established digital freight forwarding company.
- Build and lead a skilled development team to maximize product value and collaborate with external service providers to integrate top-notch solutions.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to develop a clear brand identity and positioning.
- Ensure smooth IT integration into existing applications and systems while optimizing logistics processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Take charge of compliance and implement robust risk management processes.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, information technology, or related fields.
- Several years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture and experience integrating digital tools into operational workflows.
- Proficiency in English and excellent skills in requirements engineering and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively, coupled with adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
