Our client offers a range of international and domestic standard parcel delivery services in over 35 countries worldwide. They also provide fulfillment services in selected markets. Their goal is to become a leading provider of e-commerce logistics by 2025. To achieve this, they are developing solutions across their entire service portfolio for selected customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the development of parcel lockers from a hardware perspective.
- Develop standard and efficient locker solutions tailored for e-commerce logistics.
- Establish and manage the structure, from sourcing to maintenance (including spare parts), of parcel lockers with all necessary processes and interfaces.
- Manage interfaces between countries, business manufacturers, and Ops/IT.
- Collaborate closely with counterparts in core countries and align with other business units.
Business Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or engineering with several years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience in last-mile optimization, particularly in designing and optimizing locker hardware.
- Deep understanding of hardware development and implementation.
- Excellent English language skills; knowledge of any European language is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
